【調理方式】


加熱前請提前置於冷藏解凍三天，覆熱前請先將紙盒拆開並剪開內包裝袋:


方法1:請多加半碗水直接倒入炒鍋中加熱，為避免水份蒸發導致醬汁太濃稠。


方法2:請將紙盒取下，將內容器包上膠膜撕下，或戳破膠膜後直接放入微波加熱5~11分鐘即可上桌。


方法3:請撕下膠膜直接倒入瓷器中，於電鍋外鍋放一杯半的水，並將瓷器置電鍋中炊蒸即可。


【注意事項】冷凍年菜未徹底解凍，易造成覆熱時香氣流失，完全解凍最好的方式是放置冷藏解凍三天
