取自於西湖十景「桂雨滿隴」中桂花盛開、香芬襲人的意境。飽滿圓糯與大量桂花及蜂蜜一同拌勻後，使用江浙點心常見的炒芋泥及代表湖州甜粽精神的紅豆沙，並填入蜜漬過的鷹嘴豆、蓮子、甘納豆等食材。桂花滲透圓糯與綿密內餡交織融合，隱隱之中又夾帶著粽葉沁脾清香，看似甜膩卻恰到好處的爽口驚喜，齒頰留芳久久不能散去。
