● 土雞腿肉香煎後與二荊條辣椒段、蒜頭、生薑及老抽、生抽、蠔油等佐料大火拌炒，接著倒入雞高湯，並加入經泡發超過十二小時的花膠肚、花雕酒、蒜苗一同煨煮，起鍋前再次淋上些許花雕酒提香。花膠肚經煨煮釋放出滿滿膠原、彈牙爽口，與肉質緊實的土雞腿肉相得益彰，湯汁中蘊藏檸檬葉清新的柑橘香氣，伴隨著花雕散發的淡淡酒香，搭配二荊條的辛香溫辣口感刺激著味蕾，更令人食慾大開。
