手工摘知子茶-傳統窨製工法製作

承襲三代智慧及採用傳統窨製工法製作之特有茶品，以手採種植在茶園邊坡水保的梔子鮮花，用竹篩去除雜質後，與自家產製的烏龍茶以一層鮮花一層茶葉靜置，透過孔隙吸附作用，使特有梔子花香與烏龍茶香充份融合，創新研發出具有梔子鮮花香氣並帶有烏龍茶水甘甜的茶品。

傳統窨製工法製作的梔子茶，透過與茶葉堆疊擺放的手法，將梔子花特有的香氣，日日夜夜融合到茶葉之中，展現帶有烏龍茶甘甜滋味與花香的獨特茶品，搭配一匙格外農品的果茶醬，成為結合茶香、花香、果香的絕妙飲品。

禮盒周圍以「群山環繞」、「好山好水」的產地現狀呈現，是為了呼應《格外農品GoodWill Foods》創業的起點—北大武山；視覺上使用微破損感將山水圖像結合在一起，呼應「格外品」的特性，外表為市場規格之外但內容品質無虞的特性。

禮盒正面，是意象表達的四種水果，椪柑、草莓、芒果與鳳梨，這四種水果也是我們的產品-果茶醬的四種不同口味，些微抽象的形象，表達著格外品的特色，再搭配《格外農品GoodWill Foods》的核心精神「有好內涵，就有好出路」，更是在山水與產地原料間，勾勒出我們想要傳達的「格外精神」。
