  • 冷凍肉捲：將冷凍肉捲從包裝袋取出，以750W微波：1條-2分30秒，2條-5~6分鐘
  • 冷凍肉捲置冷藏庫，解凍24-28小時後，將冷凍肉捲從包裝袋取出，再以750W微波：1條-1分30秒，2條-2~3分鐘
  • 家用烤箱：肉捲微波後，再放入烤箱烘烤2分鐘
**最佳覆熱方式為微波後，再放入家用烤箱烘烤**
