● 生鮮食品依法不適用於消費者保護法第 19 條，並不享有 7 天鑑賞期。
● 強烈建議開箱錄影，如商品有瑕疵或品項錯誤缺少，請於收貨一小時內立即與我們反應，以便安排後續處理事宜。商品一經拆封或未冷凍保存妥善導致變質，一概不接受退換貨。
● 退冰後請盡快料理食用，避免重複退冰回冰，容易導致商品變質。
● 海鮮退冰請以流水退冰方式，避免造成商品變質。
● 架上商品均有現貨，請直接下單即可，於訂單付款完成2天內出貨（不含週六/日、國定假日），如有缺貨商品將會另行通知。
● 商品一經拆封，恕不退貨。
